Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our women’s apparel store. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to all shipping terms listed below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders will be reviewed, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after full payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends, public holidays and major shopping festivals. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (UTC-5) will be processed on the following business day.
  • During peak seasons, flash sales and holiday promotions, order processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days due to high order volume. We will post relevant reminders on our store homepage in advance.
  • Please provide accurate recipient name, valid phone number and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, package return or extra costs caused by incorrect address, invalid contact information or missed pickup.

2. Shipping Regions, Methods & Rates

We provide shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. We do not deliver to war zones, regions under customs embargo or remote restricted areas. All shipping fees are calculated in US Dollars.

2.1 Standard International Shipping

  • Flat rate: $7.99 per order
  • Free shipping: Orders over $129 qualify for free standard international shipping automatically.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment.
  • Coverage: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and most European & North American regions.

2.2 Express International Shipping

  • Flat rate: $14.99 per order (not eligible for free shipping)
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Priority handling and faster customs clearance for urgent orders.

2.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and other local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will provide complete order documents and commercial invoices to assist with customs clearance upon request. We cannot cover any customs-related charges.

3. Package Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
  • You can check real-time logistics status via the tracking link. Tracking updates may be delayed during customs clearance, which is a normal situation.
  • If you fail to receive tracking information 24 hours after order confirmation, please contact our customer support: 【Your Support Email / Store Message】. We will reply within 24 working hours.

4. Damaged, Lost & Returned Packages

4.1 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the clothing is damaged, defective or missing items, please take clear photos of the outer package, shipping label and defective products, and contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will arrange a free reshipment, full refund or partial refund after verification. Damage claims will not be accepted after long-term use or late feedback.

4.2 Lost Packages

If the logistics status stops updating for more than 10 business days, or the tracking shows "delivered" but you never receive the package, please contact us to launch a lost package investigation. The investigation takes 3–7 business days. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or free re-delivery.

4.3 Undelivered & Returned Packages

Packages returned due to refusal of acceptance, long-term unclaimed or invalid address will incur round-trip shipping fees, which shall be borne by the buyer. If you need re-delivery, you need to pay additional shipping fees first.

5. Return & Exchange Shipping Rules

  • Returns for personal reasons (wrong size, dislike, impulse purchase): All return shipping fees and related customs fees are paid by the customer. Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and intact packaging, and resalable.
  • Returns for quality issues: We will cover the return shipping cost. We will process refund or exchange within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Return address: 【Fill in your overseas warehouse / return address here】. Please do not send returns to other addresses.

6. Restrictions & Force Majeure

  • We do not ship prohibited items regulated by international logistics and customs. If your order contains restricted goods, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays or losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, epidemic control, traffic suspension, logistics carrier strikes and sudden changes of customs policies. We will update the latest logistics progress in a timely manner.
  • We reserve the right to adjust this shipping policy without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our store policy page.
